We use it at 26-28 and even at 27c sometimes I feel chilled in Rajasthan summer! The energy efficiency is awesome very low bill, low sound, unique black colored remote :P (white remotes get yellow). Note : My room is not small it is 19x19 with 11feet height!

Its too early to review the item but still want to share my experience. On time delivery. Carrier installation team actually called me even before delivery to arrange installation.Neat & clean installation. Cooling is good so far. Pleased with the product & mu decision.

I was looking for A/C after summers became unbearable and after having considered many had shortlisted Daikin, LG, Hitachi and Carrier. The need was to go for 5 start because over the long term energy consumption can easily save all that money compared to 3 star and will also tend to have better quality build. After having evaluated all models I selected Carrier because of their quality, service and 10 year guarantee on their A/Cs while others give upto 5 years.The installation costs given in the websites are only a guideline and the cost can vary based on the installation point, piping required for outdoor unit and place of installation. I paid about 2500 for installation though and you have to follow up continuously as it will be a busy season for them in summer.The A/C is installed and works perfectly, we keep it at 26c and it is very cool and has a nice temp display which can be turned off. The A/C is almost noiseless and also remembers the setting when power goes off. The Carrier service center have responded well to my calls and the quality speaks for itself.

Very good one . And the team come for installation were nice guys having decent behaviour. The only thing is the time lag of the installing team to arrive it takes 6 days..

Though it is early for me to write the product review, I can safely say that the product is aesthetically very pleasing, works noise-free and has good/best features. The cooling is, of course very good. The installation service was very good. The persons who came did their job in a professional and responsible manner. They did a very good job.
