Starting with the ingredients mentioned on the container, it seems to be good. It has all essentials you need also vitamins and calcium so that is good thing. Talking about taste it is some what weird of what you expect milk chocolate to be but it is not bad, don't get me wrong. I ordered muscle blaze because the healthvit protein powder was running out of stock on Amazon which has a much better taste similar to Cold coco. The packaging is good and the best part is you can check the product authenticity on their website with the given code under the lid. This is a review just after couple of scoops, Ill update my review later if the taste changes or not and about the gains also.

Xxxl is much better then this product

Ordered it after reading the reviews. It doesn't taste good, feels like drinking dirt with a little bit of chocolate mixed. It also takes at least 10 mins of constant stirring to dissolve properly otherwise you have to deal with the lumps. I don't know if I have gained anything out of it. The product was genuine, that's all.

It contains aspartame which is an artificial sweetener. Not good for health at all. I have been suggested by many professional trainers to avoid supplements with aspartame.
