  Many reviews here are paid or sponsored by other brands. Mine is an honest one.1. It is absolutely soluble in cold milk. Take 30ml of cold milk, dissolve one scoop to make batter like consistency and pour rest milk.2. Taste is delicious. Almost like an ice cream in skimmed milk. Reviews with bad taste are absolutely wrong.3. It doesn't cause nausea or upset stomach if you use it as per your body requirements. I have used post workout and before sleep. It is so filling. If you are not working out enough, no prot supp would do good.
