1.flavour & smell is real of groundnut oil2.use it for cooking almost everything except deep fries as more oil will be absorbed by the food when deep fried using ground but oil3.Keep changing your cooking oil once a month to have balanceI bought Mustard oil from 24 Mantra and I am yet to use it but excited to know it?s flavourI wish 23 mantra comes up with more organic oils like Sesame , Sunflower, Safflower

It's seems good product at least I trust the brand. It's not kardi oil as mentioned by a reviewer. It's groundnut oil or muhphali tel in Hindi.

While cooking with this oil, didn't get the feeling of having other oil.Even, the food becomes more tastier 😋😋😋Will recommend to go for it.

I am trying to try different types of cold pressed oils from Amazon. I tried Puvi's cold pressed oil already. In compoarision this oil is little bottom down. Puvi has got very good texture and its thicker than this. This one is equally good but its little lighter , though smells good. Not sure the reason may be they added some other oil to increase the quantity.Hence giving 4 stars
