Delivered on committed date. Installation on next day but we have to raise the installation request. Installation free of cost done by Ao Smith but we have to buy inlet and outlet pipes. After installation we have to share the serial number details to them for extended warranty. It will take 10 minutes to heat 15 litres of water. No noise. Looks elegant. Very good product. AO SMITH app is available in play store and you can download it for live tracking.

Product is showing very good result. I heated the water for 12 minutes at the maximum level, the water remain hot for almost 30 hours. Happy to see this. 😊☺️

This is 2nd water geyser I purchased for AO Smith. I am very much satisfied with the geyser with its features and using it for more than 3 years without any issue till now. It is very quick in water heating as well.

I purchased product two months back, so far the product was good

Just got the product today morning, by evening it was installed. Living in Bangalore city might have made installation process fast. Too early to speak about the performance. But happy with delivery and installation process. Instalion is free but accessories like pipe are chargeable, charges would be around 700 to 900. But if you buy those items in the hardware shops it won't cost you more than 500, so here I am not able to understand the meaning of free installation. Products size is compact and would fit any place easily. After three weeks of usage, I can say that the geysers performance is good. There is a sound but I don't mind it, as I hear sounds when i heat water in vessels too. 15 litres will fill one small bucket, if you need more buy 25 litres. Don't calculate storage using number of persons. One person may use 40 litres of hot water and other 8 litres. So purely your decision is based on usage.
