Doesn't seems to be 15 ltr capacity. It despense around max 8-10 ltr hot water in one go... I also have local geyser(8 year old) with same capacity in my home which is still performing far better than this.

Given that I don't live on a higher floor I would expect the water pressure to be higher. The output pressure of the geyser isn't great, so when the cold tap fills up a bucket in 20 seconds the hot tap takes 240 seconds to fill up the bucket (rough check with the phone stopwatch). But that is a negative I guess you have to live with when you pass water through such a large tank.

Packing was nice but as shown in picture I ordered believing that it will be RHS, but after opening the box it was found to be LHS. Also in box its nowhere mentioned that it is LHS or RHS. So, please be careful while ordering it and the pressure is so low in outlet pipe that you will regret after purchasing this product. Also there is no satisfactory response from AO Smith customer service.
