Amazing performance and much better RO than expected. My TDS was 800 and it came down to 20 Also it has Led indicator with auto switch off. machine makes no noise a pin drop silence which makes this product 5 star rating .

purchased one month before working good, water quality and taste is good, quick installation service in Chennai, but AMC is around Rs.6000 otherwise good.

THOUGH INSTALLATION WAS DELAYED BY FEW DAYS, IT IS UNDERSTANDABLE, IN THIS COVID SITUATION. INSTALLATION BOY CHARGED Rs.150/- FOR A SMALL FITMENT ACCESSORY , THOUGH INSTALLATION CHARGES ARE SUPPOSED TO BE FREE.

Excellent. More than a month of use. No trouble. Though installation was delayed and blame lies squarely with A O Smith. But product functioning well thus far.

AO Smith service is very good, although flipkart given the wrong pincode for installation but on contacting AO Smith,same has been corrected and installation done on same day. product so far is good,i am seeing good difference in water taste from my old purifier and this one. 7.5ltr is enough for small family. Review update after 8months usage: There was leakage due to that adapter which placed inside under sink RO got burst with short circuit and it took 3weeks to get it fixed after chasing AO Smith on Twitter, email,FB and customer care.. They have to work on after sale service part else they will fail soon

over rated. not up to the expectation on performance. I got delivery on time but installation after 8 days that t9o with improper installation and lots of hassles now gave up

water started leaking from back side and continuous overflow from outlet pipe, just after installation of two weeks. AO smith service agent have replaced internal device, but still didn't expect this kind of issues from a brand.

Be careful with this product AO-SMITH..Ordered this product it's been more than a year but till now nobody came for service even after placing multiple calls. Everybody knows how important the service is for any water purifier and if it is not done on time a person may consume an excess amount of minerals that can cause many diseases. Flipkart should remove this waste product from their warehouse as AO-SMITH will never response if it comes for the service part.

item delivered on 25th.till now i didnt get installation call.

it is discontinued by AO Smith and you have to pay for filters even in the warranty period since there is no warranty on filters unlike other models from AO smith. Its water recovery ratio is very less and requires frequent filter changes. I had bought this in September end and had the issue started in December. you need to pay 1350/- for every 2 to 3 months for filter replacements. I suggest not to buy any AO smith products as they are priced very high and quality is not that great. Their product quality is becoming very poor day by day.

Different product received

The RO is good but pre-filter provided was missing an O ring. Company provided installation. The engineer promised to fix that in a week but he is still missing. The service engineer appeared after the second complaint, that too after 2 months. He installed the pre-filter but with a defective elbow which had a missing collet and hence the pipe coming out every 10 minutes. I had to remove the prefilter again to allow the machine to operate. The service quality is extremely poor, the engineers are untrained and there is no sense of responsibility. Do not buy
