Using the purifier since almost a month.. The water literally feels lighter and cleaner. The installation was smooth and free of cost. The day I received delivery, next day I received call for installation and installatio was done in 1hr. Great experience!

Product is good, but didn't match my location water hardness. So returned it back.

Next day installation. Took less than 30 minutes to install. As per their claim of water recovery technology, less water gets ousted than any other purifier in the market. Hot water facility is a plus however it can dispense only 1 to 1.5 litres hot water at a time and we have to wait until the purified water level reaches 85% of the 10 litres tank capacity. One year warranty with 4 free services in a year. Will have to see how the purifier performs. It's a Great Buy!

Been using almost 10 days by now. During these covid times, Its good to utilize the purifiers. Ao smith ro is too good and water taste is also good. When checked ppm, it is less than 100. I am able to drink more than 4 litres of water now. Must buy. Only con is hot water option is not always available. It can be operated and used only water is full tank.

Minimal loss of water. The lights look great at night. Semi instant hot water is the beat functionality. Cons- for hot water you have to keep pressing the button, which is not suitable for large bottles. Delivery and installation was great as always by Flipkart.
