Sour. Children do not like to chew on it. It is a battle to give. The ingredients and their respective strenghts was not shown online. Also the strengths of the vitamin is just average. An oral syrup available for children is far better.

Got Indigo leaf powder instead of nutrilite kids tablet.. This is really a gross negligence..
