The product is amazing, the company has good R&D but don't expect any customer support.Although their reseller Ashi Sales went out of their way and honoured the sale with setup, after they got to know that the company doesn't even care for a setup.Kudos to Ashi sales.

Hi I brought this product from Eureka Forbes site(rs 24690) , product is good come to installation they said with in 2 days will do but they are not doing in 2 days after so many followups they came and initialed( 24 Jun 18) as of now product working good .

Very good product , should be considered if you are worrying about RO drawbacks, it preserves the minerals and essential components in the water. I believe maintenance is also very less and less frequent with the membrane life enhancer. Only issue is with the delivery of the product, which was not a good experience from amazon. I got it after 15 days of the order and that also not at doorstep, I went and connected it from post office.

Excellent product.. But took 5 days for the local Eureka Forbes to come and install the unit.. They are interested in going for AMC rather than attending on call basis for service issues.

Product Acha hai but Amazon se purchase karne par eureka Forbes 1 year warranty nahi deti aur installation K charges bhi pay Karna hota hai ye bat Amazon wale q chupate hai machine purchase karne se pahle bolte hai installation free hai 1 year warranty hai but sab jhoot bolte hai

Product is good and also on time delivery.But regarding installation of the product theexperience was horrible as there is lack of communications with manufacturer and Amazon Back end team. After so many follow up with manufacturer and seller and Amazon the installation was done. In that the Seller guy (Named Mr. Nitin) help based on his capabilities to short out this matter.

Superb product

They have mentioned this Isha Sales Dr Aquaguard Geneus+.....But they are delivering Dr Aquaguard Geneus. I got the same thing twice after replacement also. I think they don't what they are selling. Delivery is also very poor.

Worst product I have ever seen

Dear all don't buy this product. One of the wast product. Always water leaking from the body. Some times getting shock.

Very bad product. From the day 2 of purchase water atarted leaking. After 3 calls one socalled sr. Technecian came n put a plumbing tape and rectified leaking. But very bad product for such a huge investment.

I have bought this product from eurekaforbes but this is total waste of money. More than 50 times i have log complains but still this have many issues. and eurekaforbes technical service is very poor and costly.I am now using mineral water bottle instead of wasting my money further on this product servicing.

Bad business. They will dance in with all kinds of promises. After they rip you off, they are hard to catch. Their customer call center will keep giving you a new complaint number. If you want a reliable low cost purifier keep clear off fbs EF.
