no plug only three wires. it may loose connections, after one day I do not get hot water for wrong connection by local electric person, two light no glow water no hot. then I contact bajaj customer care.whithin 24 hour technicians came at home and solve quickly. so you should installations by bajaj technician only within 24hour installations service. thanks for bajaj.

Value for money

I have been using this product for around 6 months without any issues. As usual Flipkart delivery was perfect , the packaging was excellent. Earlier I had ordered this product from the rival company but even after advance payment and waiting for 1 month the product was not delivered. Realizing my mistake I ordered from Fipkart and the product was at my doorstep the very next morning. Lesson learnt, I will never go to any other site after all Old is Gold :)

Using this instant geyser since last 10 years (bought it in 2005). I never faced any problems with it. Finally, it has started giving me issues and now I am planning to replace it with the same product. I would strongly recommend this product for long term usage.
