  Purchased your product just a month back on 16th July to be more precise. The product malfunctioned since 28th August and got my complaint registered with the customer care on same day. Was intimated that the service engineer will visit and get it fixed next day. Since 28th Aug. am following up rigrously with your customer helpline but either the call is not attended or exactly the same reply is given that they will talk to service engineer and arrange a visit immediately. Everytime same reason is quoted for delay that service engineer is not well so will get the visit arranged today. Sorry to say, but the quality of service you people provide post sales is extremely disappointing. For you relationship ends once your product is sold. If anyone is looking for a good RO please don't get trapped with Bluemount. Third class products and pathetic services.

  Worst product. plz do not buy any water purifier of blue mount. With in 15 days my ro purifier stop working i raise complaint and they did not come to check it. My complain no is - 21772 Their products are defective and they did not provide good service. I am waiting for their engineers to repair my ro for 15 days
