Bristle design is too bad, does not feel like using it again as its too hard and doesn't clean the teeth either. Very bad product.

Small brush bristles and not as in pictures.

I had asked for soft bristles, bit I have got medium bristles. Take it back & send the proper one.

It's not the product delivered as shown in the photo.It is written that the bristles are soft but we received the wrong product as medium whereas it was specifically mentioned soft.

This is the second time I have ordered for Soft bristles and have been delivered medium.Pathetic

Had placed order for Soft bristles...but received Medium bristles instead. No return back policy for this item...so I feel it?s dumped on me
