In softness, it's a notch lower than "colgate sensitive", but still quite softgreat product for cleaning tooth....overall, this product is even better than Colgate Sensitive, which i had been using for some time now...it's high time that i switch to 'Zig Zag' now..At 13/- per piece, i can change my brush every 2nd month....yeppeeee.....hurrayyyyyy !!!yabadabadooooo scooobeeedoooooo !!
