Hi,Today I received this product but when my wife opened the product, we found that the main stick part of the lipstick is broken from both the side. The base part of the stick was not attached with the main case and the top part of the stick also partially broken and the broken part of top is still stuck in the cap head. WHAT'S THIS MAN?I bought this costly Lipstick fr Rs 995. And we received this broken lipstick which is of no use.

Cosmetics items should be sealed but I received with out seal and inside it was totally mess I don't think it's a fresh product

Product is damaged

This is not good. I had gifted this to my better half. The quality is bad and causes lot of dryness on lips. The colour is also not same as shown.

Broken...don't buy

The lipstick seems used. It came without a seal. The PRODUCT stick was broken. Lipstick smudges all over the cover. Had paid for the product hoping that it was defect free.
