Product was well packed and delivered on time. It takes approx 10 mns to heat the water, it depends on water temperature.

Warm water within minutes

It takes 30 min to heat 15L water to it's maximum temperature. But to take a bath a 5min warm water is all I need. Good for families who want to takes shower in cold winter. Flipkart delivered on time and package was good. Using for a month. But a note is within warranty, if any parts gets failed only that part is under warranty but you have to pay 140/- as service charge.

Very fast delivery, very good package...working very well. As per mannual 30 mins is heating time, but in actual it takes only 15 mins. Connecting pipes are not included in package.
