Fantastic design. Appears to be well built and robust. I have been using an instant 3L geyser since 2017 and there hasnt been any issue so far. Ghaziabad TDS is around or even more than 1000 in most places. So crompton geyser is a dependable winter solution. This particular product is of the latest technology, 5 star rating, a decent design & a reasonable price tag. I strongly recomend all to go for this.

Very good product, company authorized technician came and install the same, very nice.

received a good water heater. good packaging. in the box I received a geyser, one safety valve (placed at water inlet pipe), 2 metal connecting pipe (1ft each). I installed it my self. heating is good. at 75% of the thermostat setting it takes around 5 min to auto cut. In the back side only two mounting nut position are there. I choose 10 mm fast.nut to hang the geyser in the wall.
