A good product from Dabur. It is basically Idabgol which is mixed with Triphala and Azwain. The proportion suits your body. It can be taken once or twice daily as per need.

Better than normal isabgol. Psyllium husk is mixed with Ajwain and Triphala. It is a more complete ayurvedic medicine and very effective..

I'd suggest everyone to buy this 'double action' one, instead of plain husk or even Dabur's plain husk powder (that one's 50% isabgol and the rest sugar and bulking agent). This one has many other useful ayurvedic compositions. And hence, the effect is........ WOW.

very much effective and got relief from day one.Used before another product suggested by Doctor but this I found much better than that.

Mix 1 spoon in 1 glass of water.Leave it for 10mins and drink it at night before going to sleep..Next day clear stomach at bathroom. 😂😂Very good...Go for it.
