I m suffering from bronchitis since childhood and during winter season I believe that my body become more of a mucus factory every 20 min I have to cough and spit handful amount of mucus and have to use any Vicks or otrivin kind of products before sleeping but believe me after just 2-3 days of use I forgot where is my inhaler and other anti- allergies products are it is very useful.. just mix 1 tsp in warm water and drink it (I use is just before going to bed)(once in a day)..

Does the job without any complaints.Only con is - ways to consume it which is in (like boost/bourn vita granular and powder form),tried with tea and tried with milk. Consuming with hot milk it is lot better than having with tea.It gets dissolved quickly as well.Good thing about this is, you have to consume it only 2 or 3 dosages for couple of days when you feelcongested in sinus area.

It keeps the lungs very healthy.

It is a good medicine for respiratory problem.
