Healthy Oil for Indian People
Meenal Goyal (Apr 6, 2018) on Amazon
This is an excellent and genuinely priced oil. It is filtered not refined which means no harmful additives from chemical refining. Only significant additive is an anti foaming agent. The oil retains its freshness in tetra back and has slightly nutty flavour of groundnuts (peanuts). Good for frying and deep frying. We have tried preparing puris, dosa, Cheela, matthi, fryums, papad, etc, all with excellent results. Only need to have robust ventilation in your kitchen when frying as the fumes have strong odour.

Best cooking oil. Filtered and not refined. Refined destroys all minerals and flavors... But this is the best oil you can have. Thanks Dhara.

The exact details of the product that you need and its utility

This product is a great cooking medium at a value for money price. It is filtered and not refined and hence avoids the hot process that is used for refining.
