  recently bought pasta of disano. thought of going for olive oil as well. best part about this oil is. you can use it for cooking indian dishes as well along with continental & salads etc.so no need to keep 2-3 different type of oils in kitchen.the texture is good..you can take it as raw in salads. and in indian dishes like bindi, rajma etc gives nice adaptable flavour.completely value for money. i am using it with nonstick cookware so t takes very less in quantity.
