nice product in this amount but service demo and installation is very poor after 45 days of purchase, installation and demo process is not complete. but flipkart app show demo is complete.

Good Product @ affordable Price

Pros: It got all 3 options, solo grill convection Nice design Easy operating Cons: In user manual it would have mentioned what kind of cookware can be used in each mode (ie convection, grill and solo) In electrolux recipe book also they haven't mentioned in which method those recipes are to be prepared. Cleaning is next to impossible

I placed an order on 11th Sep 2014 and i was mailed that i will receive it by 18th Sep. When i did not receive it by 22nd Sep, i again called Flipkart. This time i was told that i will receive it by 27th Sep. When i did not receive it by 27th Sep i kept calling them on a daily basis. Finally it got delivered on 30th Sep. As soon as i opened it i received a mail saying that my order has been cancelled and will be refunded. I again had to call flipkart and tell them that i already have the product and not to cancel it. WS retail and flipkart need to pull up their socks. This is highly unprofessional. I am a regular customer and i am highly dissappointed. It seems flipkart is only good for buying small products of minimal value. They are not equipped to handle big deliveries.
