A very good & value for money product. Excellent flipkart service & delivery. Biggest pro is manual control, the digital ones always start giving troubles, mostly software or motherboard related. And are expensive to repair. Nice a few models with manual controls still surviving. Dont go for grill micro.

Have been using this product for more than 02 months now... Pros: - Good built quality - Good working - Manual Control (Pro according to me as had a very hard time with a LG microwave with Panel control spent a lot of money to get it repaired twice, mother board, panel etc. go away) - Size ok for a family of 05 - Free starter kit No complaints or difficulty so far except Electrolux was LATE to arrange a demo. Nice delivery service from flipkart Feedback for Flipkart: The price fluctuates by almost 10-15% during an offer... try to give maximum benefit to customers during non-offer period.

Best product and a utility for every kitchen. After failure to deliver in time Flipkart ensured its delivery and also gave service compensation.

It's very good in 4.5k to 5k range...Makes your food hot very quickly...overall good product with quick customer service & installation team...just go for it..

Not much option. Just the basic Microwave oven. Product quality is good. Its just the basic microwave oven, can be used for heating purpose only.

It's not too bad given the price. A couple of issues : The button at the bottom to eject the door out sometimes gets stuck, and I'm worried it might just stop working totally after a while of use. Other than that, it works well enough.

This is a good product for basic uses. It is within the range of 4-5K. Easy to use. Flipkart was really quick in delivery and installation demo.

I have gifted it to my friend... she is ok with it.. But will update the feedback once the product is in use.

microwave containers missing...

I've order this product and get delivery on time,but no person came from flipkart and Electrolux to install the microwave from 22/11/2014 to till date,even after I have lodged complaint many times. So I recommend customers not to purchase this product.

I ORDERED MICROWAVE ONLINE.FLIPKART DID NOT DELIVER ME ON TIME.3DAYS CALLING & KEEP TELLING THAT YOU GET BY TOMORROW BUT STILL DID NOT .THEY SHOWED THAT ITS DELIVER ON 20JULY WHEN I ASKED TO WHOM THEY DIID NOT REPLY ME.ON29JULY CALLED ME AND SAID YOU GET BY TODAY & ITS 100 PERCENT. PLEASE THINK BEFORE YOU ORDER

The microwave did not perform adequately for regular cooking functions that a Solo Microwave is supposed to be capable of. Didn't even boil potatoes properly! I've used microwaves other than this in their MICROWAVE mode (not grill/convection) but they happily performed all these tasks. We would cook vegetables in those with utter ease, but not this one. The sheer impunity with which Electrolux and Flipkart claim that this is not designed for cooking, even though the description says "Developed with the Smart Wave technology, this microwave provides consistent power for uniform COOKING retaining the nutrition in the food". The company technician denies that this is a defect, and says that it is by design! So we couldn't return this within the 30 days guarantee. (they rely on the words of the company technician!) Buy this microwave only if you care to warm (and not cook!) small quantities of food (the output is 17 liters). Flipkart standards have gone terribly down.
