  Consumed 2 cans, I gained 2.5 kg, this is best supplement in market you read label and it says 40g of protien in 100g , now find me a supplement that serves same or more protien than this in 100g. It has Creatine and Glutamine too although very less, Make sure You take this with milk , banana, Ice cream, peanut butter, and sugar (2tsp). Two shakes a day, post or pre. Workout and one before bed! Train Insane and Get Shreded (not buff) cheers!
