Appears to be pretty good. Taste is good for a protien powder. I'm used to products in the US (I'm in India for 2 months and forgot my protien powder at home). This powder has a different texture/consistancy than any other powder I've had in the USA and over the past 5 yrs I've probally tried about 10 different brands, so that different texture is kind of concerning because it feels like there is less protien in it.(this is just how the texture makes it feel, I'm assuming that the product information is factual and it is just a differnt texture) I've only used for 2 days now, I'll have to see about results later.

I have tried many whey proteins on the market - Indian as well as imported. This is one of the medium level whey proteins available in the market (best ones are still the imported ones like Optimum Nutrition, but they are considerably more expensive). But this does result in definite muscle gains if you take it regularly and do workouts. For maximum benefit, take it with skim milk powder (instead of regular milk or water) to increase the protein content and reduce fat.Compared to Endura Ultra Whey Protein, this has less protein per scoop, and costs almost same. However if you buy it on discount from Amazon, cost per gram of protein comes out to lower then Ultra Whey.
