I have been using this product for last one year.. It's a very good product, as it has digital display to show the temperature. In one bathroom, I have racold 2 fitted. In another one, ferroli. I feel ferroli is better than racaold 2, as from ferroli geyser water comes warm even if the geyser is off for a day.

we taken product at Tamil nadu to Bangalore . good digital display, high heating, fast with 4 Min hot water 70*C with wifi and Remote model. please add this model also

Seller ships wrong product

EDIT: After 3 months of use, the heater control got damaged. No customer service! The water heats up endlessly until the mains is switched off. I suggest to keep away from this brand. .......... Product is good so far. Sleek design, light, easy installation. Water heats up pretty fast and stays hot through the day. The seller however shipped the funny ivory color instead of white that was ordered. Product good, but seller dishonest.
