I have been using Gillette Fusion right from the time when it was launched in the US and ever since it has remained my favourite razor. Initially, I had the Gillette Fusion Power (Orange) and then, I got gifted a Gillette Fusion Manual (Blue), both of which, I kept using. Finally, even the Power Razor became a Manual when the vibrating function simply, stopped one fine day. Nevertheless, it performed the same.Though, I bought the initial and next few set of cartridges from the US, I started buying them from India when Gillette eventually bought these razors in India. However, they were/are expensive, so it makes a lot of sense to buy them online from Amazon, especially if they are on a deal or on discount like when I picked up my last set of 8 cartridges for less than Rs.1000. Unlike my normal reviews, I am not going to put down Good/Bad, because they are really essential if you have the razor, in which case you already know the good vs bad. But, I will put down some things you might want to know.Should you buy this Cartridge for Power razor?---------------------------------------------Now, one thing you need to know is that you can use the same "Manual" Blades with Power razors as well, like I have been doing for a long time; they perform the same. Power cartridges as you will see are more expensive, and the only way they differ in are in color and an extra lubricant coating. So, unless you really need "Orange" color cartridges, I would just advise getting the manual blades.How many should you buy?---------------------------------------If you calculate the price of each cartridge you will find that buying more is cheaper. And I would advise just doing that; get the 8 cartridge set. They have a very long expiry date and usually can be stored longer. Stock up when they are on deal or on discounts.How long do these cartridges last?---------------------------------------Quite a long time I must say. However, that would depend on how many times you shave and your hair growth. Fusion cartridges usually last 3 to 4 times more than Mach 3.Are these authentic?---------------------------------------The ones I bought are, imported from Poland. I usually buy only Amazon fulfilled for this reason and my favorite seller is Cloudtail; no doubt about this combination.I have also recently discovered to my utter surprise that the Fusion blades give better shaves with a shaving foam (I am using Nivea) than a gel and I would recommend getting a foam to use with Fusion if you are not already using them together.I hope this review helped you make your decision and if it did please click Yes below to say it was helpful. Expensive and if you have a soft skin then all other blades would create cuts. So no other way.Before Gillette Mach 3 there was Gillette Sensor. I think they were far superior than all these mach3 and fusion. They used to last a long time ( ATLEAST 10 shaves) and were nominal. There is no otherManufacturer who can produce these type of good blades. So we have to buy only Gillette and pay the huge price. Also, none of the mach3 sold in internet is like the mach3 bought in retail shops. Fusion is little better.
