we are enjoying the dishes on microwave. manual supplied along with the microwave can be improved for more self explanatory w.r.t settings of a particular mode of cooking. its a compact and good oven.

Worst Service from Seller and Flipkart

Worst service from flipkart currently they don't have the tracking facilities for this product and the product delivered after 15 days and demo done after 10 days of delivery so almost 25 days wasted to use the product. Since Flipkart is not maintaining the tracking facility i faced a issue with the product order status ie., in website the order status was "Product Delivered" but i have not received the product. So called customer care and raised complaint on the same but the response was not satisfactory need to raise multiple complaints and need to call to customer care so many times to know the status of the product. Godrej service is very worst, i won't recommend to buy the godrej product. For getting the demo we have to raise separated call to customer care and we will get the call from demo person and he will ask time if we request for 6:00 PM evening he will just disconnect the call without asking any other suitable time and mention the ticket is closed because of the part is not available. When i inquiry about the office timings they said 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. But they will try to postpone the demos. I was never expected this kind of service from Godrej as well. Demo took only about 2 to 5 min, about the usage of button and finally demo person said there is only 1 year warranty for parts(except magnetron 3yrs) so purchase the extended warranty for 1,800 Rs/-. Product is good and packing is good. But the service is very very bad from both flipkart, seller and the godrej.

Pathetic Service, worst customer care

The product was delivered on 5th may, but till date installation and demo is not done. I made several calls to expedite this, but flipkart had no answer/solution to this. In future, I would avoid buying products from flipkart. A 0 rating for this shopping experience would be ideal.

Defective product delivered from Flipkart

I got this product on 22nd August, today when It was installed for free demo by Godrej executive , it was found not functioning. Though Godrej has taken the complaint, am not sure whether they will replace the whole item or not. I want a new item as it was a manufacturing defect. If Godrej is not ready to replace it and I will catch hold of WS Retail. I have heard about worst service of Flipkart in recent days but faced now. I gifted this to my wife, and see what Flipkart has delivered to me. can anyone tell me whether WS retail is going to replace it(if godrej do not approve to replace the whole machine) since I ahve 30 days replacement warranty? I want to give negative rating to WS Retail and Flipkart if I do not get the a good product.

Firstly review is not about the product.Its about the horrifying experience I had to go through for choosing FLIPKART. 1.Product was promised to be delivered on 8th-Oct-14 between 5pm - 7pm which dint happen.Not sure why the false promise is done. 2.There was no communication and worst customer representatives who put my call on hold. 3.Finally delivery confirmed after 3 days of the promise date and the delivery was at 8:30pm in the night, Horrifying thing was the EKART logistics guy asks me to come and collect the product 2 KM away from my place. 4.Never ever again am choosing FLIPKART rename not big billion BIG CHEATERS..!!!!
