It's an awesome microwave, easy to use and service is also great. Godrej installed/demo the product with in 30mins of delivery. Although demo guys didn't know anything about it's functions except basic functions.We didn't received any treo bowl set or movie voucher or even crusty plate. So it's not value for money product.If you calculate cost it will come around to Samsung.

It is very good product. Many pre-programmed buttons / settings help in easy cooking. There are two points that may be improved (1) the Power Cord length may be increased by few inches (currently it is shorter than older versions on microwaves); (2) The beep sound after the cooking stops is emitted four times even if you switch off the power from mains - may be reduced to two.
