They can provide all the original parts of the product if necessary. Moreover, availability of Godrej service center is no doubt best. Though amazon send me an installed microwave oven, but I am unable to properly access it. So, I requested Godrej to provide a technician yesterday after receiving my product, and amazingly they send him today between this situation.Bad one is:When I got it one jack point was loose, but the company service man solves that minor problem.Now I can access it easily. So it is overall very good. We are very happy to get it in resonable price.

Amidst all the corona panic the product was delivered with all the safety checks and Godrej helped with the installation online with videos and on call service. State of the art product with beautiful design.
