I've been using it for a week now and I must say, it is one of the best virgin whey protein. No added sugar, flavors. It helps the body to recover faster after a workout and has no taste of its own. You can add banana or other flavors of your choice but I like it without any added flavors. An amazing product at a very competitive price.
