This oil is awesome in terms of deep frying and for cooking any type of Indian foods it gives a very good aroma and is very healthy compared to refined oils feeling the difference in terms of taste.

Excellent cooking oil without any toxic chemicals, cold pressed and filtered for health. But it is way expensive than refined oil, I don?t know why, it should be cheaper than refined oil because there is huge cost saving on refining process.Patanjali and local cold pressed oils are equally good and way cheaper.Cold pressed oil must be cheaper than refined in my understanding.
