good product BT when we switch in 3kw it's always breakdown fuse

The product seems good but the Engineer they sent to set up the geyser was a beginner. He probably knew nothing and was eager to leave the place as soon as possible. 2/5 rating for the set-up man. 4/5 for the product.

Installation is additional cost to customer. Flipkart's answer is customer just need to contact nearby service provider & they will takecare.. the fact is we need to pay the installation charges. Flipkart you need to be clear!!

takes more than 30 min to heat water

Product is very good. Delivery speed at its best. No complaints on the product. Flipkart says free installation but the technician charged us 300 for no reason. Didn't put new pipes and retained old pipes. Very unhappy with the technician and his service. Delayed service and on top of it worst experience with him.

Overall product is good..but a worst service from ur delivery partner.. The product is delivered after a weak of delivery date without any explanation. And behaviour of ur courier partner is worst.. Very disappointed with ur service.
