I ordered banana flavour for a change. It tastes really good. I feel instant vigour after taking the. Nice product for a good start.

Expedites muscle repair if taken shortly after workout. Though the amount of proteins is not very high but then its only a supplement. Most of my protein intake is from food and i am new to workout.I dont like chocolate and hence went for banana and it makes the best milkshakes ever.Mixability is excellent too. Did i say how great the taste is?

I love chocolate flavours so this is my 2nd bottle previous one I ordered was banana but the taste was no for me.. I completed that anyhow then chocolate.. Affordable and good for beginners..
