  I?ve only been using this product for the past two days and all I can say is that it tastes good. Unlike other gainers the serving size is comparatively small which is a good thing and it mentions ?complex carbohydrates? which most of the gainers do not give. I?ll let you know after a week of use about the performance of this product .
