  i ordered this for gaining mass and as my post workout shake. it has more calories and good carbohydrates and protien ratio.the flavour is nice and it is not very sweet like other mass gainers. for this price it is a very good mass gainer for beginner gym lovers.

  I like the product better than two other brands. Definitely showing some results with proper workout over two weeks. The shake is thick. Now, about the effectiveness of raw whey. I was concerned about digestion and protein absorption.
