Good product. I just wish Himalaya had 500mg in one tablet. Each and every product of theirs cleverly tricks us with a low dose of 250 mg.So when you compare with other companies you would notice the price per tablet is very less but when you compare quantity wise you would notice you have been tricked. What good would 250 mg of Karela do?Anyways one tablet is no good due to it's low dose. Take at least 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening and this is standard for all Himalaya tablets!
