It's good when you do some exercises. It says it has garcinia and garcinia boosts metabolism. So it can be beneficial for weight loss..I lost about 4 kgs in last one and half months with 30minutes of activity..3 cups of green tea a day.. Triphala dust twice a day and I also had it. So the credit gets divided into many things.

I am more than 60 years and overweight.I could no loose weight in spite of diet and regular exercise.I tried this product more than 3 months without any positive result.In fact my weight had slightly increased and the motion was not smooth most of the times.I consider this product is pure waste of money.
