Extremely bad service. I have called them several times for installation but no response from there side.Now I am thinking about going to consumer forum.

Thanks for that 5 stars again for Flipkart Now let me talk about the product alone..we have ao Smith in one of the other bathroom's and again was looking to buy ao Smith for the second bathroom too since it's very good in performance and reliability.. For 10 litres I have to spend a good 8k so was looking for good alternative and found this and trust me the product is as good as ao Smith at just 40% price... Definitely go for it if u are looking for great quality Now the service part.. Ao Smith service is best in the industry I would say installation engineer is a professional and did a great job... But Hindware is not anywhere in its league... I had to call multiple times to get installation done... Hope this helps someone..if service doesn't bother u this is comparable to ao Smith in performance
