Excellent product at the right price point. Great for basic requirements like warming food, cooking small meals etc. Prompt service by IFB in terms of installation and demo. I am very happy with the product quality.

It is functioning very well. I just needed a microwave for heating up cold food and making pop corn. The power output is also very good. Heats up food in a short time. Value for money.Got call from the IFB installation about a day after delivery. Did not need their service as it is easy to use. Passed on the serial number for warranty activation and all is well.

Developed heating problem within 2 months of use

So bad it's not working now and customer care not responding. in last 11months it stopped working 2 times so product quality not good.

Dammn noisy....Can't stay near microwave while cooking.According to authorised service person from IFB service centre its normal sound.

Got this for our office. Amazon informs us that the product does not require installation as it is a plug and play and incase you have a difficulty just contact IFB.The product was not working and hence we tried to contact IFB. Its been over a month now and despite complaining everyday, we just kept getting replies for the customer service team of IFB that a technician will come today..... and that day has never come...Given the state of their servicing - we will definitely not purchase any IFB products in the future.

oven makes so much noice. it's not convenient for everyday use... it's annoying 😡😡
