Firstly, amazing service by Flipkart. I got this product in almost 12 hours after ordering. The microwave is good, a little pricey. The build quality is good. Also, the product installation was on the same day. I am satisfied However, I can't review the overall performance as I haven't used it much, but the overall package seems promising. Also, it is to be mentioned that it comes with an extensive recipe book and a very small starter kit. Other noteworthy options in this price range would be Whirlpool JetCrisp, and LG.

Got it for INR 6500 during BBD. Nothing less than a steal in this price. Cooking book, starter kit and cooking classes free. Look wise it is far better than LG and Samsung microwaves, but not as stunner as Panasonic ones. Heating coil one side as compared to 2-side of Panasonic microwaves. 2nd best after Panasonic microwaves in my opinion in all respects. But the price just nailed the deal. One day delivery in IFB box and 1 day installation. Happy with the purchase.

Q1: Why Four Stars?Ans: The control panel is slightly scratched. It took the toll!Q2: Apart from the panel, what I liked/disliked about the product?Ans: The IFB 25BCS1 is elegant in look and quick and efficient in action. It can be easy if you understand the basics of microwave. But if not, the technician from IFB will give a free demo. My advice is to ask all the questions, queries or doubts you have about microwave, whether in general or product specific. I've baked biscuits (160°C) and patties (200°C) till now in this microwave oven. The performance was efficient. Many ovens tend to broke out at 200°C or start smelling.Q3: Ok! So you don't dislike it at all, do you?Ans: Umm! I disliked the double grill feature! My experience was new with the double grill. My cookies turned slightly brownish, instead of perfect golden. Fortunately, the taste barely qualified the standards of 'yummy'! Next time may be I'll be watchful. Secondly, double grill adds to your electricity bill!Q4: Overall Experience?Ans: Easy to operate! Large LCD screen is attractive! Cooking experience was good (not awesome yet)! Starter kit is ok ok! All plastic build.

Got a defective piece and then struggled with Amazon fir replacement. Installation theough advertised as not required, mandatory as per IFB.

The product arrived on time as promised but the quality of packing and defect within the product disappointed me. The utensils that come with product has lot of scratches and looks old. Regarding display if you see the picture closely the display has a piece of wire seen hanging. Hoping that this works fine and if at all any problem this should be fixed under warranty.
