This is standard quality product, with good service, they have given demonstration also. This is a good purchase.

Good product but as i read earlier, problem with IFB is there customer service. A guy came for demo but knew nothing. He didn't even know how to grill bread despite having a double griller in this. Also there are Combination of modes but utensils are not provided for that. Performance of product is good.

Packing of the product was pathetic. Few accessories which was mentioned available "in the box" is missing. It was mentioned that 6 pieces in the box but only 3 pieces were present. Some utensils which were mentioned while buying are missing.

Flip kart service and delivery is good but I recommend never by IFB product as their service is very bad their technician are novice even they do not how to operate the oven my problem still not resolved.

The unit delivered was faulty. Waiting for replacement. Most of the reviews about this seller is not good and my experience is also not good.

Panel operation is very difficult and ground plate is metal due to some food cooking issue

Found the container damaged...This is hurting when you paid full value and get a broken item.And also there is no invoice paper available with this item/parcel delivered.

I have received my product on time.But product is really very bad.Its not in working condition.Never recommend.Spend more and go for branded one like samsung
