Authentic . Worth buying

I would have given 5star if retailer would have registered the product with IFB which is normally the case.

The product was good but only issue was that the Manufactured Date was Sep-2014 which is 9 months old. It would be better if they inform about the Manufactured Dated at the time of booking.

Nice microwave. Looks cool. Nice capacity.Cakes bake evenly. Pizza also comes out good. Defrosting works great. Reheating is good.Rotisserie is great for making chicken tikka, and other stuff.Grill is great, but you can't recreate the heat of Tandoors and Clay ovens.Since it is not possible/safe at this home power levels.So, don't expect the the outer crispiness, charring and color as from a Tandoor or Clay oven.

I have bought this last week, and from start I find door opening button is not working properly. I have to push very hard to open the door. I am not sure if it is issue with product or complete series. But not satisfied.

Useless cheap Microwave oven. Worst customer service for demo and repair.Cheap quality product.It may not run for more than one year.Be careful about outside glitter, it is not Gold.

i purchased IFB 30SRC2 30L CONVECTION MICROWAVE OVEN IN DEC 2014 AND AFTER CROSSING ONE YEAR OF WARRANTY PENAL OF OVEN STOP WORKING IN THE MONTH OF JANUARY 2016. IT SEEMS THAT IT MADE TO WORK FOR PROVIDED ONE YEAR WARRANTY PERIOD. NOW I HAVE TO SPEND HANDSOME MONEY OUT OF MY POCKET TO MAKE OVEN WORKABLE .

I don't want to comment on the product, but I want to comment on Service by IFB & Flipkart. Product was delivered on time, but even after 9 days of delivery, I did not got demo on the product. I got 2 mails from IFB that the request for demo was raised and followed by other mail stating that the request was closed. I have complained to Flipkart customer care about this on 6-12-2014, but no action was taken by Flipkart. Finally I have decided to return this product becuase of WORST service by IFB & Flipkart.

Awesome product ....the best in its segment, but the Amazon payment service is the worst part.

The control panel has stopped working while the product was not used for the last 6 months. Consumer durable is now becoming perishable because of products from companies like IFB. Very bad experience and frustrating too. Their customer care is even more pathetic, they make you wait for 15 minutes for a representative to attend the call and then drop the call without getting connected.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. IFB is waste. We had bought this product. There was a message "E03" displayed by the oven. The Demo personnel from IFB came after few days of buying the product. HE KNEW NOTHING ABOUT IFB OVENS. He convinced us that E03 was a mode and not an issue. Also, his demo was very bad. So I raised tickets with IFB..not one, but four tickets[1100945829, 1100980198, 1101052669, 1101108459]..send mails, called customer care. Many times, the customer care toll-free number is dead or engaged. WE HAVE BEEN RUNNING BEHIND people FOR 2 WHOLE MONTHS AND NOT A DUST HAS MOVED. By the time we could realize this, return policy closed return of this product. Totally hopeless service by IFB and worst escalations structure. As of today, we have the newly bought microwave oven in our home for more than 2 months with no use.
