I was doubtful of Amazon.in delivering this heavy machine at my home in a working condition....IT WAS DELIVERED in PERFECT WORKING AND Company SEALED BOX PACK without a bend or scratch to the box also! Amazing Transportation Service by AMAZON! Thanks.Before I was in doubt ! IFB.???... Warranty.??.. Support...??. but NOW I know, IFB has the best customer service and customer care SUPPORT.I called IFB Customer Care around 4pm. They asked me for my Product Details, Purchase Date, My Name, Address, Phone. They confirmed me that a personal will visit my home in 24 hours for Free Installation and Demo. They gave me a Customer ID and my complaint number by an SMS.I quickly called an electrician and fixed a power line, plug-point, MCB,etc for the Microwave..It was Written 2050W output at max..meaning 2+Kv...serious power. All done, I waited for the next day.The IFB Guwahati Center called me at 10am and confirmed my earlier call to the IFB National Call Center and said a personal is out for my support and he will call me in case.. He arrived around 12:30pm.Opened the sealed box, took out everything, placed all things properly and demonstrating each and every thing in detail. I had some questions and all answered. I was amazed to find out this; IFB PRODUCT WARRANTY STARTS ONLY AFTER THIS VISIT. SO, EVERYONE PLEASE DO THIS. Next he entered all my product details and his visit details in my MANUAL BOOK and HIS VISIT SLIP/BILL and asked me to sign and gave me the original copy saying that my product is now registered with IFB India and Warrant Validated.IFB Personal left after an hour.Now, I am very happy and I can use my product and assured all about this.Hope it will be helpful to all, I noticed there were only negative reviews about this product till now. Thanks AMAZON.in. Tkanks IFB.
