I am using this product since last 5 years, it is very fast, useful & jog wheel is convenient to use. I am satisfied & would recommend to all.

Cheap and best conventional Microwave... The product is actually supported from Videocon but its from kenstar....

no customer support given either form ken-star or flip kart. i requested flip kart to return this product ,but got no response. no proper demo given by so called ken star / dealer representative. i told them(flip kart and ken star) several time to give proper demonstration but got no response rather showing careless attitude.the most bad experience with flip kart feeling cheated.

Its been more than 2 years that i am using this product bought from flipkart. Its awesome and the service by the company was also good during installation. Delivery was excellent by flipkart.

Decent product, Easy to use, DEMO was not given timely until intervention. However one need to get assurance from FLIPKART to get the full offer particularly on EMI that was promised. If everything that is offered is not given to customer then an alternative can be given in the form of GIFT VOUCHER / WALLET adjustment. Otherwise product was delivered in time as promised in good condition.

may price seems some high but product is good.! If you trust Kenstar and wana buy this product then go on...

Product is good but I got the delivery of this product very delayed . It was not a Flipkart type delivery. Price are quite good in compression to the market.

I have received the product a month ago.It was delivered on time.Even received the accessories.VERY GOOD PRODUCT

Had cooked and baked and heated food. In this timespan i have tried out everything amd tested it to the extreme, and it must be a definitely on your buy list if you are going for a microwave. Trust me it isnt that i am writing it just for the sake of writing a review, but because this product is soo good.

Micorwave Delivered by FlipKart as promised. But Specification given while ordering is not as per actual product specification.. Also I Feel all function in Oven difficult to operate as Demo doesnot go well. Demo person were in too much hurry to finish it off..i feel some what uncomfortable with product and also price which Flipkart offer Oven was somewhat high. On other Online site it is availble at lesser price. I suggest Flipkart should match or offer at price below other Online sellers. Also this product require special Power (16A Plug and Socket) it doesnt oerate with normal 6A Plug socket. Additional KIT supplied for cooking arealso of not good quality. Not fully satisfied with product as per Price which was given.

The product I received was in good shape but the glass plate inside wasn't sturdy. It cracked and I had to order a new one. The replacement came after a month. Also they told me they have discontinued the product and do not manufacture its parts. DO NOT BUY THIS OVEN.

The oven continues the fan movement non stop after using it for two or more minutes. I contacted the company service department they say it is to cool the unit. It is ok to cool the unit for half a minute or a minute but running non stop until complete unit isswitched off.

The product is good but as per the details described in the flip kart website starter kit has to be included. But starter kit has not been sent.
