Bad Experience with Installation Demo

I had purchased this product on November. And product is delivered on 3-Jan. After deliver, till now there is no installation. And i have done many follow-ups with the FLIPKART Team. And finally i raised a request for Return Order. Even after that no one is considering my request. I had very bad experience with the Flipkart.
