Receive the geyser well packed. Looks are pretty decent, and product is not too bulky. Full Heating of water until auto cut-off usually takes around 15+ mins, which I think is on the higher side. Couldn't find any option to control the temperature of water. Considering the cost of geyser, it is definitely a good buy.

Installation should be free I.e. from company end and for the product till now good

Unexpected from such reputed company!!! Since I bought this product the inner tank has been replaced twice due to SERIOUS Water Leakage from Inner Tank. Till Today the same problem exists ultimately I have to close the inlet water tap after every use!!! Very Poor

Product is not at all good.Thrice during warranty period it has been repaired.After sales service is pathetic.Not recommended product.Poorest brand ever seen.Parts also not available.Was unrepairable just after 2years.Warranty was over.

worst product ever i have seen amongst any consumer durable item. You will get mad to get it repaired although in warranty and each time it will rake 3-4 months with follow ups.
