Wonderful machine... my 4th kenstar purchase and it didn't let me down again. Serves the purpose well enough for the price. Heats like in 10 mins and reheats real quick again when water is used.

Product is nice but flipkart's delivery was late.. the delivery agents are very unprofessional...Regarding product.. its heating is good and quick and capacity is adequate for 4-5 peoples

Product is good, good service from flipkart, but no one came for installation or demo. & the product says 15litre capacity but it gives Only 7-8 litre hot water. Its working good. But I have faced these 2-3 problems.

Less than 2 years and it stopped working, reaching out to customer care

Leakage due to the inability to handle the pressure. It's says 8 Bar however it's not. It's a wrong specification. This product is not suitable for high rise building. Customer service is very slow and lethargic. I won't recommend this product to anyone. Worst purchase!!!!

Worst product don't buy it. After sales service is very worst.

Consume more electricity

unable to get any contact of service centre. No response on given number had to install on own. Still having issues of leakage . Flipkart help to send service centre person to delivery address for leakage issue.
