It's a great item, sharing my experience. Ordered almost 20days ago, on a Wednesday, received on Friday. A quick hasslefree delivery by Flipkart & on time, the POD was available with options of both cash & card payment. Free Installation was done by Kent Technician on Monday (appointment made according to my convinient time & day within the stipulated date). The water tastes great, it's feature of 8Lit. storage tank is preferable anytime over other machines in this range. The water is available in emergency basis once the bottles are empty also without any wait for purification. No complaints till now, my family loves it too. A must buy for a busy home to keep the members healthy.

Nice product. Only thing is KENT should also provide sediment filter with the whole system. If u want to add sediment filter than installation guy will charge rs 1000. It should be free.
