Kent is making a fool of their customers by saying this is zero water wastage. By reading zero water wastage we think the technology is different. But they have only given some extra pipes and the technician tells us that using these pipes store the waste water. Very disappointing.

Installation was not done properly and it's not working

Received an old sr. No. machine of 2017 make ,and after opening the box all parts in machine were found loose packed and machine is not in working condition,so I return it.

Kent Ro System is promised to not serve for installation/ Amc at any cost. This is cheating company. Hence recommend to not buy this products.
